Super accommodating and worked with me

I want to just let you know that the delivery guys are always awesome but a super extra appreciative THANK YOU to the guys this morning who were super accommodating and worked with me shuffling boards to fit in all the boards we needed. We did not have a set layout for this meeting, and we had to fit the boards in the space “on the fly”. They were sweet, personable and joy to work with first thing in the morning. Please let them know they were much appreciated.

Always available, accessible, and quick to help with any situation

Gil was everything one should hope for in an onsite operations manager. Of course no show is complete without snafus and last minute adjustments... but Gil was always available, accessible, and quick to help with any situation REGARDLESS of whether or not it was even an Alliance related issue to begin with. Furthermore, I appreciated that he was respectful and kind to work with, always with a good sense of humor. I hope to work with him again soon!

If I had an hour, I would go on and on with lists of their accolades. In short, not only do they offer the highest level of service at a fair price but as true allies, they have jumped in and intervened to solve several serious hotel & labor challenges on different projects. The 2012 RIA Show has come and gone! The buzz I heard was great and the Exhibit Hall was a fabulous success. The whole Alliance team did a great job. The signs looked beautiful and were clear and easy to read! The specialty signage was fabulous (windjammers, yard signs, BIG CHECK and double sided meter boards). And the Golf Club GM even commented that the Hole Sponsorship Signs were the best they had ever seen used at the golf course. It was great to work with you on this show and I look forward to 2013!

I’m VERY happy with Alliance

I’m VERY happy with Alliance in fact, I just re-signed for 2016. I’ve been in the industry for around 18 years. I’ve worked both association and corporate so I’ve had large and small exhibit needs. My exhibits with ACMP aren’t huge but they are still very important and we do set up a nice modern 20x20 booth in the center for our needs as well.

Before I came on board they had just used Freeman or whatever provider was in-house. I worked with a company 2 years (the first year they were already onboard) and gave them one more year to get it right. They still couldn’t. Our piece of business IMO was not financially important enough for them to give a lot of attention to. This company I had used has just grown so large. Alliance on the other hand is smaller, more nimble and flexible, all of their clients are important to them and really pride themselves on outstanding customer service. They are small enough to give you the attention you need and great pricing but they are large enough that they can still do large shows too.

I would not hesitate to recommend them.
