- The right to informative and courteous customer service.
- The right to have all phone calls and correspondence to Alliance Exposition Services acknowledged within 24 hours.
- The right to material handling services free of excessive and unreasonable surcharges.
- The right to receive rental orders on time and as specified.
- The right to receive exhibit materials requiring material handling services delivered to your booth on time.
- The right to exhibit materials being delivered to the proper location and recourse in the event materials are missing.
- The right to receive empty storage materials on time at the close of the show.
- The right to qualified and reliable Installation & Dismantle Labor.
- The right to accurate, understandable and timely invoicing.
- The right to a formal dispute resolution process overseen by a committee of your peers.
In the event Alliance Exposition Services fails to meet any of the exhibitor rights as outline, said exhibitor will be compensated per the Alliance compensation schedule. Please Contact Us for more details.
