  • Another example of Alliance’s great proactive management - The one-day show move in for one of our medical clients was delayed by five hours by the hotel's client, prior to our group, that was supposed to have moved out by the time we arrived.  Alliance was amazing!   They brought in additional staff, they marshaled the loading docks, they actually provided staff to move out the other client’s freight.  With Alliance’s quick and professional action, they had us moved in and set up on time for our 5pm registration opening with minutes to spare.   In the thirty years in business, C&LC never received that kind of service before.

  • Louie and Brandon are the best onsite guys I work with and they really make such a difference onsite at the show. They have great rapport with my exhibiting clients – it’s usually the case that they’ve already interacted with all the clients on the floor before I even get a chance to introduce them. They also just go above and beyond to help out our team whenever we need anything. The fire marshal showed up at NGPX and I had never had that happen – Louie was there in a second to help me out and made sure we didn’t have any issues. They also helped me set up this special area of the exhibit hall that I set aside for a hospital charity – I have never set it up before and I wasn’t sure how it was going to work and they made it happen, it was a great addition to the event and the attendees loved it as they are all nurses/doctors and healthcare professionals.It makes such a difference to work with great people like Louie and Brandon [Alliance Exposition], you have a great team!! We love you guys!

  • I was a vendor at the recent Open Minds trade show at the Omni Shoreham hotel in DC. I just wanted to recognize the service that several of your staff provided my company when we were on-site at the show. Ken Smith, Tyrone Dorsey and Chris Alexander should all be commended on the outstanding level of service they provided. I specifically want to commend Tyrone and Chris for helping me with a missing part for our booth. Tyrone recognized our situation and asked Chris to pick something up for us as he was traveling on-site. Chris and Tyrone's efforts essentially 'saved the day' for Welligent and made the difference between being a trade show without a booth (literally) and having one of the best events of the year.At a time when outstanding customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Ken, Tyrone and Chris all went above and beyond the call of duty. It was refreshing and certainly distinguishes Alliance and your staff from all of the other expo service companies.

  • The RIA Show has come and gone! The buzz I heard was great and the Exhibit Hall was a fabulous success. The whole Alliance team did a great job. The signs looked beautiful and were clear and easy to read! The specialty signage was fabulous (windjammers, yard signs, BIG CHECK and double sided meter boards). And the Golf Club GM even commented that the Hole Sponsorship Signs were the best they had ever seen used at the golf course. It was great to work with you on this show and I look forward future events!

Connie not only proactively notified us that our freight had not been received for the ACOG-District XI show, she also initiated a search, by e mailing her contacts at UPS-Freight, and ultimately located the lost shipment.   • I’m VERY happy with Alliance in fact, I just re-signed for next year. I’ve been in the industry for around 18 years. I’ve worked both association and corporate so I’ve had large and small exhibit needs. My exhibits with ACMP aren’t huge but they are still very important and we do set up a nice modern 20x20 booth in the center for our needs as well.Before I came on board they had just used Freeman or whatever provider was in-house. I worked with a company 2 years (the first year they were already onboard) and gave them one more year to get it right. They still couldn’t. Our piece of business IMO was not financially important enough for them to give a lot of attention to. This company I had used has just grown so large. Alliance on the other hand is smaller, more nimble and flexible, all of their clients are important to them and really pride themselves on outstanding customer service. They are small enough to give you the attention you need and great pricing but they are large enough that they can still do large shows too.I would not hesitate to recommend them.
